We want all of our customers here at Fresh Religion to be happy and satisfied with their orders therefore if there is something wrong with your order we are happy to exchange the item or will offer a refund if the goods are returned unworn and in the original packaging within 7 working days within the UK and 14 working days for international customers. If your returned order is not received within the allocated return time the items will be sent back to the buyer and an exchange or refund will NOT be issued to you.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the full postage costs for any returned items. Please declare the value of the item you are returning at the post office in order to ensure your items are covered in case they are lost in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain proof of postage when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for missing goods.
Please note we only accept returns that are in a new and unused condition in
order for us to re-sell. If an item is returned in an un-sellable condition ie.
showing signs of being worn, smelling of perfume, smoke or body odour, stained
or damaged in any way we will not be responsible to issue an exchange or
refund.
Refunds can only be made onto the original card used at time of making your purchase - all postage costs will be excluded.
When making a return, please complete the return form and enclose it with the returned items inside your parcel. If you do not enclose these details a return could take several weeks until it can be processed.
Exchanges and refunds will be issued within 5-10 working days after receipt of your return.
